Not what you expected? Return any item within 30 days for a full refund. Free return postage — we pay.
How returns work
- Email hello@techdailyltd.com with your order reference (TD-) within 30 days.
- We reply within one working day with a prepaid Royal Mail returns label.
- Pop the item back in its packaging (or any padded envelope), drop at any Post Office.
- Refund lands within 3 working days of us receiving and checking your return.
Condition we need it in
Unused, with any original packaging. You can absolutely try it — that's the point of the 30 days — but treat it like a demo unit. If it comes back in condition that clearly shows heavy use, we'll refund a fair portion.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the item is faulty out of the box, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement (if in stock) or refund in full — often without needing the damaged item back.
After 30 days
Change-of-mind returns close at day 30. Faults after that fall under our 12-month guarantee. UK consumer law rights on faulty goods continue for six years.
Exchanges
Want to swap for something else in the range? Mention this in your return email and we'll reserve stock for you, dispatching once your return arrives. Any price difference is refunded or invoiced.
