Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday leave our warehouse the same afternoon. Orders after 4pm ship the next working day. Bank holidays and weekends we're closed.
Where we ship
UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands may take an extra working day, no extra charge. No international shipping — sorry, we're a small UK team.
How we pack
Recyclable card boxes, paper tape, paper-fibre void fill. No plastic bubble wrap. Fragile items get double-boxed. The whole parcel goes straight in the recycling.
Parcel not arrived?
If your tracking says delivered but you haven't got it, or your parcel is a working day past its ETA, email hello@techdailyltd.com with your order reference (starts with TD-). We open an investigation immediately.
