The legal detail, in plain English.

1. About us

Tech Daily LTD is registered in England and Wales. When you place an order, you enter a contract with Tech Daily LTD.

2. Orders

Your order confirmation email includes your reference (starts with TD-). The contract forms when we accept your order and successfully process payment. Until dispatch, either party can cancel.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is by card at checkout via Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.

4. Delivery

See our shipping page for full details. We dispatch via Royal Mail and DPD across the UK.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel. We extend this to 30 days as our standard returns window. See our returns page.

6. Guarantee

Every product carries our standard 12-month guarantee (some longer — see product pages). See our guarantee page for the full terms.

7. Product descriptions

We work hard to describe products accurately. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our standard returns policy applies.

8. Our liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in the English courts.
